Summary of the annual work of college students in 2019

As one of the university student village officials, I have been working in xx village for more than a year. In this year's work, I have been constantly adapting to rural work in the adjustment and running-in, and gradually became familiar with the village situation in the extensive contact with other village committee staff and villagers, and I gradually became aware of this. The work is full of optimism and self-confidence, and I understand the profound meaning of the eight words of “the vast rural areas, great achievements”.
The "rural village officials" and "the pride of the sky", these two terms seem to be uncoordinated or even contradictory. However, as long as you have the heart, as long as you can actively adjust your mood during the running-in period and actively work in the mature period, a college student will be able to demonstrate his value and make his own contribution as an excellent rural village official on the stage of the countryside. .
College students must make two changes in their work in the countryside. As long as we have made two changes, we will be able to successfully get through the running-in period of work and become a useful talent in rural work.
First of all, we have to realize the transition from "classmates" to "comrades." For more than ten years, the main task is to learn knowledge, absorb knowledge, and then strengthen the knowledge through the examination to test the knowledge. Going deep into the grassroots level, being a “village official assistant” means using knowledge, using the knowledge learned to help the smooth and high-quality completion of the work in charge; in the student era, it is generally centered on itself and focused on academics. . However, as a “village official assistant”, it is more important to pay attention to the harmony with the members of the surrounding team and the villagers. Without a harmonious relationship, without the support of village committee members and villagers, their own innovations and ideas will have no platform for display, and they will lose the foundation of development.
Second, we have to adapt to the transition from 'urban' to 'rural'. The various recreational measures and infrastructure in the countryside are far less convenient than the urban areas. At the beginning of the work, this gap will trigger our sense of loss and affect our work mood. Only by adapting to the gap and eliminating the sense of loss can we be safely invested in rural work. On the one hand, we must actively adjust our mindset. Although rural conditions are relatively difficult, rural work is a glorious cause. Adapting and utilizing relatively difficult conditions is not only a kind of tempering of one's own quality and ability, but also a rare wealth in life. On the other hand, we face the reality, adapt to the environment, change our own way of life, and make up for this gap with a fulfilling content of life. After gradually adapting to the working and living environment in rural areas, we have successfully entered the “mature period” from the “run-in period”, how to be competent in our own work, how to give full play to the advantages of our college students and promote the harmonious development of the village is the most important Question.
First, the attitude of forming a "three emotions" First, we must have feelings for the administrative village where we are located. We should not only regard the countryside as our work unit, but we should use it as our own hometown. This kind of intimacy is conducive to fundamentally promoting communication between villagers and enhancing job responsibility and service awareness. Second, be passionate about your work. The power of the village officials is taken from the people, and the rights are applied to the people and the various services are provided for the villagers. This is a concrete manifestation of democratic centralism. However, as the most basic and lowest level of society, the specific work in rural areas is subtle, trivial and complicated. Bad attitudes will directly lead to tensions between the cadres and the masses, and may even induce instability in the village as a whole, causing serious consequences for the village's production and life. Therefore, a warm working attitude is an important factor in bringing people closer to the villagers and understanding the needs of the villagers. Again, we must always be passionate. The party and the government choose college students as assistants to the village officials. What they are looking at is the cultural quality of college students and the passion for innovation. On the one hand, we must expel "student qi" to familiarize ourselves with rural work; on the other hand, we must retain "student qi", insist on proposing new problems, proposing new ideas, and proposing new methods. To make these ideas, these fresh ideas have become good suggestions for the development of the village, and they are able to become a powerful part of the village 'small team'.
Second, adhere to the "three diligence, three to" work style For the students just out of the university campus, the countryside is an almost completely unfamiliar environment, rural work is also a new field of work, no experience can be used for reference. Only by persisting in three times and three times, constantly groping for the road of doing a good job, and constantly summing up the work and gains, can we become a qualified rural worker.
First of all, the eyes are diligent and things have to be seen. “Village Assistant” is a village committee staff member. For the handling of daily problems, in addition to the village head's "open class teaching", more needs to be carefully observed. For example, how to discriminate against the villagers and how to cite the villagers to explain their behavior is illegal. "Things to see" also requires us to be familiar with the various policies and guidelines of the rural areas, so that we can explain to the villagers that the relevant issues are in compliance with laws and regulations, and that there are laws to follow, which reflects the authority of the work. increase work productivity. Second, the mouth should be diligent, and things should be asked. Rural areas are different from urban communities, and “the whole village is a family” is a typical feature. This makes it impossible for us to simply "just discuss things", ask the village head more, ask the relevant background of the other staff of the village committee, and avoid the problem that is difficult to solve because of the too simple work style. Again, your hands should be diligent and things should be done. "Language in language, dwarf in action" does not work. The countryside is the most basic organization. The grassroots cadres are also the most concrete and meticulous work. Doing more things and helping more is the only key to unlocking the work situation. Whether it is to assist the village committee to adjust villagers' conflicts, handle village affairs, or assist village chiefs in compiling materials, sorting out files, and even cleaning, we should take it seriously and finish it beautifully. Only by doing the work in detail, doing beautiful can truly reflect the quality of college students.
Third, avoid breaking away from the rural reality, talk about innovation, and make innovations in detail. College students have passion, have more knowledge, and have relatively broad knowledge. This is our advantage. However, we are not able to live in the early stages of our work as “high-quality people”. When we have not yet learned about the production, life and humanities of our village, we are still unfamiliar with the national and government’s policies and policies for rural areas. And rashly put forward various unrealistic slogans and practices, which will establish a bad image of "university students are unrealistic."
However, we should use our own intellectual advantages to implement the spirit of innovation in every detail of work. As long as we insist on paying attention to innovation for every small problem we deal with, we must pay attention to improvement. The work of the entire village committee will be due to the students’ Enter and present a new situation. For example, electronically manage the books in the village library, sort out the various files of the village committee, play their own advantages in the group activities, and drive the surrounding youth. College students are an integral part of the village committee, and some should obey the collective. At the same time, we must do a good job of "partial" work, which is more optimized because of us.
As a college student, as the staff of the highest education level of the village committee, we are responsible for the trust and expectations of the villagers. Only by continuously strengthening the quality of one's own aspects, deepening the understanding and application of rural policies, and using all aspects of their positive factors to make real things for the people, can we become a qualified assistant in the eyes of village directors and villagers, and we can live up to it. Entrustment and trust at all levels.
Time is like a shuttle. For more than a year, I have realized that the party has called for the strategic vision of the grassroots undergraduate level, and is also very proud of being able to be a "college student village official". The vast rural areas have great achievements.
