We will use this as an opportunity to further establish a student-oriented philosophy, focus on improving the student financial support system, and strive to construct a comprehensive, full-service service-oriented funding and education model, and focus on improving the effectiveness of subsidized education. Let's take a brief look at some of our practices.

1. Establish a student-funded specialized agency in a timely manner to continuously improve the working mechanism.

For a long time, our student fund-raising work has been carried out on a grade-by-year basis. The grades are responsible for checking and then collecting them into schools. Due to the different grade standards, the practices cannot be unified, so the funding targets are random and low in transparency. With the introduction of the new funding policy and the requirements of the Student Education Fund Management Center of the County Education Bureau, our school has set up a special funded institution in time, with the deputy principal, one director and two deputy directors, and equipped with our school to be proficient in computer operations. Comrades who have worked with student funding for many years as a special fund for the funded office. In the case of very difficult school funding, the funds are guaranteed to support the office conditions and ensure the smooth implementation of various funding policies.

Second, standardize the work of declaring poor students' declarations and ensure that the subsidy work is fair, fair and open.

1. Strengthen policy publicity efforts to ensure transparency of funding work. Before each funded project is launched, we will post funding policies and funded projects in the school to announce the funding targets and conditions.

2. Individual declaration: The student himself submits an application according to relevant policy conditions, reports the basic situation of the family, and causes the poverty.

3. Class evaluation: The class will review the daily life and consumption of the applicant.

4. Examination of the class teacher: The class teacher conducts the initial review based on the reason for the application, the performance of the applicant's daily life, and the basic situation of the family.

5. The review of the grade leaders will be reviewed by the grade office according to the application materials of each class, and the students who meet the policy requirements will be submitted to the fund-raising office.

6. Funding office research. After obtaining the materials, the funded office will further study and analyze the overall situation of the poor students in the school, and classify the poor students in the school according to the types of difficulties: special difficulties, relative poverty, temporary poverty, and non-poverty.

7. Conduct publicity. After confirming the subsidy list, it will be publicized for 5 days in the whole school. If there is a consultation during the publicity period, the investigation will be true, and it will be replaced in time, and then publicized.

8. Establish a file for the identification of a poor student. After the file is filed, the student shall also confirm and sign the document.

Third, continuously improve the creation of poor students' files.

1. Strengthen the establishment of archives of students from poor families. Through questionnaires, symposiums, etc., we will track the changes in the family's household income and timely update the file information and implement dynamic management. 2. Strengthen the custody of subsidized materials. Paper materials are classified and archived, and electronic materials are backed up and kept.

Fourth, improve the sense of responsibility of work and ensure that the funding work is harmonious.

1. Study the relevant funding policies and files carefully. Ensure that the funding policy is in place and work is in place.

2. Pay attention to communication with students who have not received funding, and stabilize their emotions.

3. Strengthen communication with parents of students, strive for parents' understanding, and support cooperation with fundraising. For example, xxx classmates, fathers are bank retirees, and mothers are bank workers. When we first evaluated, we listed them as not poor, but our parents strongly requested us to file files and claimed that this is the national money. They only asked to build. The files are stamped, and the money is asked by the relevant departments. It is not our business. Through patient and meticulous work, the relevant leaders will coordinate and let him give up the request and give the opportunity to others.

Fifth, expand funding channels and increase funding.

1. The school raises funds by itself and expands the scope of assistance.

The number of students in this school is large, most of them come from poor families, and the subsidy is wide. Some class teachers have arrogantly called “helping the lord” because of the difficulties of students in this class. State funding is limited, and our school is a young school with limited government investment and school debt. The society once joked: Do not suffer hard, look at the second high. At the end of each year, the principal's office is filled with creditors, and even the debtors are on duty at home. However, the school still insists on the belief that “a student will never be taught in poverty because of poverty.” Every year, funds are squeezed out of the tight budget, and the poor students are funded. 2, strive for social assistance: the school takes the lead, contact the enterprise, the economic person, and one-on-one assistance.

3. Student interaction. Every year, students are encouraged to donate money to students who are involved in poverty or sudden illness in emergencies. 6. Emphasis on grateful and inspiring education for poor students and improve the effect of educating people.

At the same time of implementing the fund-raising work, the school pays more attention to students' integrity, inspiration, gratitude and diligent education, and through charity activities such as class meetings, school activities, students' emergency donations, and donations from disaster areas. Help them establish a correct outlook on life and social responsibility.
