1. Establish a student-funded specialized agency in a timely manner to continuously improve the working mechanism.

For a long time, our student fund-raising work has been carried out on a grade-by-year basis. The grades are responsible for checking and then collecting them into schools. Due to the different grade standards, the practices cannot be unified, so the funding targets are random and low in transparency. Third, continuously improve the creation of poor students' files.
