Summary of College Students' Activities 3.15
In order to implement the theme of consumption and development of Consumer Rights Protection Day in XX, understand consumer consumption and consumer disputes, raise consumer awareness of rights protection, and promote harmonious development of society. The Huainan Teachers College Law Society and the Political and Legal Department Student Union jointly held a 3.15 rights promotion campaign to enter the residential area of the three railways, listened to the residents' consumption calls, publicized the consumer rights protection law, and conducted a questionnaire survey among the residents of the community. Decision making provides theoretical and practical basis.
In this activity, more than 40 students from the Faculty of Law and Law of Huai's School of Law and Law participated in the Student Union and the Law Society. More than 150 consultations were received, more than 200 questionnaires were distributed, and more than 300 respondents were collected. These questionnaires will provide scientific data to relevant departments.
The problems faced by residents and students in the community are: the consumer rights are not taken seriously, the “three guarantees” of the shopping mall cannot be guaranteed, the product quality problems in the vegetable market, the shopping credentials such as invoice issues and the attitude of the store staff to the customers. Our students listened carefully to the problems reflected by the residents, and they answered the questions carefully and patiently.
Most of the residents have experienced the violation of consumer rights, but there are almost no legal rights protection. Most of them say that they only believe that they are unlucky, and that rights protection cannot receive good results, and it is difficult to defend rights.
Residents expressed their great appreciation for our legal promotion activities and warmly welcomed us. Residents have said that they should raise their awareness of rights protection in the future, pay attention to asking for business credentials from the merchants, and provide legal evidence for future rights protection. And hope that we can carry out similar activities.
The three railways are located next to Huainan Normal University. The Huaishi students can walk into the three places to enhance the friendship between our students and the residents of the community, give full play to the resources of our universities, serve the residents and promote social harmony.
