This year's presses are mainly caused by the following aspects:

1. The scheduling of the digital department is gradually increasing, and the workload is sharply increasing.

Because the XX store is digitalized and then started in other stores, and the digital department has higher scheduling requirements, it requires the computer to do the traditional scheduling at the same time; the only way to understand the process is not to cause confusion. However, when the workload of the traditional part is close to saturation, the staff of the finished product department can only be trained; this has delayed for a while. The dispatcher's proficiency is not enough, and the staff lacks familiarity with the computer; therefore, the folders or files that are set up are very messy and there is no standard, which makes it difficult to check the pieces. Since the digital department has never experienced such a huge workload, the normative work in this area has been gradually standardized during this peak season. Now the basic problems in this area have been solved, and more classics have been greatly improved through the familiarity of each schedule in a busy season.

2. On the issue of external processing.

This year's peak season is the year in which Color 2000 has the largest number of processed products. In addition to the original crystal, VCD, card frame, etc.; has added digital output, digital effects, traditional scanning, digital image file design. Moreover, the design and output parts are not three in one production output, and three in digital design. Because of the different production capacity and processing materials of each manufacturer, the time for returning the goods varies greatly. Sometimes the photos of the same customer will differ by 6-7 days, and if it returns to the workpiece, it will take longer. This also caused the digital dispatch to not live, can only "tweet" and "wait". At the same time, the same problem exists in image design, and it cannot be returned on time. Either returning to the lack of East Shaoxi, such as: the design is good to return a few image files. We can't miss a few of our own designs, which wastes two or three days. In addition, the design of the special effects of the two design companies is different, and the renaming of their products has not been notified to us in time, so it has also caused their design to be different from the requirements of customers. Moreover, there are some stores that use the characteristics of Chongqing. If there is such a way, it can only be mailed, and there is no guarantee in time; such a set will stay in the dispatcher for a long time, causing the press.

3. Process issues.

The order of the work is scheduled. Since the period used in the album is considered to be long, the album and the crystal are connected to the album. As a result of the delay in the production of products other than the album, the internal dispatch increased. However, the improvement in this area is more timely, and it is not corrected when it is particularly large. Now it is the first to draw a large crystal and other products, and then the next album.

4. Traditional digital scanning and traditional printing cycles are different.

Because the traditional day of the expansion will basically finish the work of the day, so the next day, the next day will be the right. But this year's traditional scanning part of the outsourcing, coupled with our identification by the numbering system, is also written behind the sample; and the busy season is quite sloppy, so that the external processing operators can not identify at all; so we can only scan back after ourselves Then number them again. This not only occupies one computer but also wastes manpower and time. Later, we sent people to directly number, so that although a waste of manpower, but we can save a computer production. It takes a day or two to scan the photos, plus one day of design and one day. If the output is not complete after the output, and other factors, the time of the basic scan of the photo output is 3 to 4 more than the traditional one; so the traditional dispatcher will also have the phenomenon of compression.

5, the external manufacturer presses problems.

This year, especially in Shanghai xx, xx, xx, there have been pressure problems, some due to production capacity and machine failure; but most of them reflect that they did not check out on time, so the good parts were not sent back in time.

6, out of stock.

This year's peak season shortage is quite serious. From the production of materials to photo albums, there are very few items at all times; and the inquiries often have no results, which is an important factor in the subsequent pressing and error.

7. Staff reserve.

This year, there are insufficient personnel reserves in the process of scheduling and lamination. In the peak season, the first one is that the proficiency is not enough and the work is not understood. Not only can it not help, but it causes rework and confusion. Second, it is difficult to recruit temporary workers. There were 2 to 3 temporary workers in the latter part of the year, and they left after two or three days. This has not only failed to play a role, the old staff also need to help guide, and the two days of bringing people have affected the work efficiency of the old staff.

In summary, it summarizes the problems that occurred in the late peak season of 2006. Then, in addition to the above, the work in 2005 needs to be strengthened and improved. Also make adjustments to the following:

1, quality.

To set up the director of the computer department, he must inspect and supervise the design of the art, the quality of the film, and the quality of the output. This person can play an important role in the quality of the final product of digitalization.

2. Improve efficiency.

Mainly from product specifications, specifications of various products, standardization of design in albums, etc.; because we are producing products, we make provisions and regular updates for the varieties of products. Communication before and after is also an important way to improve work efficiency. Don't write anything, I haven't seen it in the later period. The pages in the album are not the same size, and the size specifications of each album are different. No matter the efficiency of the piece design, the quality of the album will be reduced, and the phenomenon that the inner page of the back is not sticky is not fixed.

3, must take the use of the pick-up control table, in order to ensure product quality and pickup time. It is also a trouble to reduce the pre-fetching.

4. Reduce post-rework and re-production.

In the peak season of this year, since the digital photos were not used to mark the customer number at the beginning, there was a film that did not go in; and production was carried out. Now every photo must be numbered before output, and internal rework is strictly controlled to avoid cost increase due to negligence and lack of responsibility.

5. All departments have established a competition mechanism.

Grouping contests can be grouped, and individual competitions cannot be grouped to improve efficiency and quality.

6, the improvement of digital processes.

At present, the digital process is still not mature enough to be constantly updated and revised, making it more suitable for mass production.

In 2007, color 2000 will face even greater challenges. Because digitalization is expanding, it is necessary for us to do all the preparation work in this off-season to avoid the problem of this season.
