Summary of the work of the squad leader in the freshman year
The first semester of the university has passed. From being a class liaison to the squad leader’s campaign to the current winter vacation, it seems that everything is just yesterday. Being a class squad leader taught me to handle a lot of things, but I also encountered many difficulties. Although some of them were slowly solved in the end, there are still regrets.
When I was running for the class, I wanted to do something for the class and I wanted to train myself. And also promised to help you make the growth record of our class. Some of this has been done this semester, but it has not been perfect, there are many loopholes.
During the squad leader, we must first gain the trust of everyone, so the handling of interpersonal relationships has become an important link. I can handle it better in this regard.
When organizing activities, I sometimes become too emotional or idealized, too little considering the interest of classmates, as well as the preparation and activity time of the previous period. Later, it was improved a little, and it took a long time to think about it. It is necessary to carry out the whole process, but the organizational capacity needs to be improved.
As the squad leader has to carry out the task assignment of the class committee, this problem is very heavy. After all, when the class committees perform their duties, it is sometimes difficult for other class committees to intervene. However, when the examination comes, the work of the school committee is too heavy. When there are a lot of activities, the organization committee members and the group secretary are very heavy. During this semester, when assigning tasks, I will let the class committees help each other. When the task is heavy, I will ask for it, and I will distribute it again. For a while, I asked the class committee to write their tasks in the task and then distribute them, but the effect was not good. Therefore, the partner can only be assigned at the time of the class committee. The class committee is very responsible in the work, and the trust of the students is slowly increasing.
Classmates have their own suggestions and opinions on class management. At the beginning, I didn’t know and deal with it in time. Later, the assistant counselor suggested using the class opinion book, which was very effective, so that I could know where my classmates’ dissatisfaction and misunderstanding were. And explain and improve it.
The students are relatively unfamiliar. In this semester, because they are not like high school fixed classrooms, the communication between the students is less. In several activities, the students are familiar with each other, but the unity needs to be improved. After this semester, it is exposed as the squad leader. Problem with someone
