Summary of College Students' Mental Health Day Activities

May 25th is the National College Student Mental Health Day. The homophonic sound of “5·25” is “I love me”, reminding college students to “cherish life and care for themselves”. The core content is: caring for oneself, understanding oneself, accepting oneself, paying attention to one's mental health and spiritual growth, improving one's psychological quality, and then loving others and loving society.
On the same day, our school conducted the theme of 5.25. Since I had classes in the first two quarters of the afternoon, I was unable to participate in all the activities. When I arrived at the scene, I was showing "Forrest Gump", which is a classic business card of the United States. First, the representative work of the American "anti-intellectual film", showing the agreement between history and individual, and the epic film of the history of American political society with the experience of small people.
After that, group activities were carried out. All the mental health workers stood side by side in two columns. The teacher selected a volunteer to carry out the high-altitude body transfer. This activity is very difficult and requires a tacit cooperation between us. It is necessary to trust each other and dissolve into it. If any one of them cares when they pass, they will take the initiative and withdraw their strength in advance, which will lead to the failure of the activity.
This 525 group event has increased our understanding of psychology and increased mutual understanding and friendship.
