In terms of actual performance, our township strictly follows the relevant provisions of the Notice of the General Office of the Yunnan Provincial People's Government of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Administration of Graduates Appointed to the Villages in Yunnan Province and the Employment of XX County to the Village. Basic situation of university student village officials There are 6 university student village officials who come to work in our hometown, including 4 males and 2 females; 6 junior college students; 4 of them are from the provinces and foreign cities. Through the annual assessment, although the university student village officials in our country have achieved gratifying results in the past year, we also found some problems.

3. The burden of individual village officials is heavier. Since the university student village officials are not official state employees and the income is not high, individual village officials have a large ideological burden for finding jobs and examining civil servants in the future.
Generally speaking, the overall quality of college students is relatively high, but it does not rule out that there are still some college students whose living habits are not satisfactory, and they have more individuality in their work, which cannot be well integrated into the village affairs.
