Personal summary of college students' summer social practice
"There is a glimpse of the end of the paper, I know that this matter must be carried out." I am just a freshman student, holding close to the society, exercising my desire, and participating in the social practice of college students. I hope that before entering the society, I will accumulate more social experience, get in touch with the society early, learn how to communicate with others, how to communicate with others, unite and cooperate, and so on. After many tests, I finally became a member of practice and firmly believe that any practical opportunity can bring me the knowledge that is not available in the textbook. As the saying goes: "China education looks at Jiangsu, Jiangsu education sees Nantong." In one sentence, the traditional advantages of Nantong education are revealed. Especially in the 30 years of reform and opening up, Nantong's education has been rapidly developed. Through this practical activity, we started with the good educational resources that Nantong itself has, and analyzed its development process, which gave us a deeper understanding of the spiritual essence of Nantong education.
In order to improve the efficiency of the activities, the social practice activities can be completed better and smoothly. Before the departure, the captain called us to discuss the arrangement of the activities, and at the same time, combined with our own characteristics, assigned their respective tasks. Therefore, I was responsible for the research work in the Pingchao area in this practice. In the early stage of the survey, I first learned about the history and development of Pingchao Education by browsing the government and school websites, and drafting interviews and supplementary questionnaires. Then discuss and exchange their own practical plans with other team members, thus enriching their own research plans and content.
Everything is ready, I first contacted Director Chen Yan of the office of Pingchao High School in Jiangsu Province, and sincerely explained the contents of our research, and agreed to conduct an interview on July 14. During the interview, Director Chen patiently introduced me to the history and development of education in Pingchao, which gave me a deeper understanding of the education situation of Pingchao. Then, I visited the villages and towns in the Pingchao area, conducted a series of questionnaires, and asked some students and parents about the education issues. Finally, I sorted out the collected materials and uploaded the practice report and relevant important data to the captain to successfully complete the practical tasks.
Through this practice, I deeply understand the rapid development of education in the Pingchao area.
In the past 30 years of reform and opening up, it has trained tens of thousands of talents for the country: from model workers to poets, from generals to writers, from central committee members to doctors of science... among them, influential entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, Professors and scholars are no shortage of people. Moreover, Pingchao Middle School has achieved the highest scores in the middle and high school entrance examinations in the past years. In the past few years, the college entrance examination has also achieved the first good result in the city. This year's college entrance examination has also achieved a gratifying bumper harvest. Behind such impressive achievements, it is no longer relying on simple cramming teaching, a personal authority, but an interactive teaching model and an educational philosophy. The school gives full play to the role of the trade unions, the Communist Youth League, the Young Pioneers, the Student Union and other group organizations in the education management, especially the construction of the team of class teachers, and accumulated a wealth of management experience. The school conducts strict assessments of teachers and has successively introduced student evaluation teachers. A series of measures, such as the principal's exam teacher, to form a full-fledged and energetic employment mechanism, such as "excellent, advanced, capable, mediocre, meritorious, and punishable, inferior". Thus, the management mechanism has created conditions for the improvement of teachers' teaching level, good infrastructure, good teaching quality and school management.
The teacher is our intimate friend, our guide lamp, the source of our knowledge. The teacher gives the students the knowledge, the warmth, the wealth, the faith, and teach us how to persevere and self-improve in adversity. She burns herself. Illuminate others; she dedicate herself to us. The status of the person is higher, the achievement is bigger, the qualification is old, in front of the teacher, he is always young, always immaturity, the teacher - is our lifelong good teacher and friend. The improvement of the teaching facilities and atmosphere in the middle school in the past 30 years, the use of multimedia equipment, the popularization of campus greening, and the great progress of the school appearance have also provided a powerful impetus for the vigorous development of education in Pingchao. During the investigation visit, I was more deeply informed of a touching fact. Every year, some people who are rich in life spontaneously subsidize some students who have excellent academics but are poor in family, solve their worries for their study, and provide a guarantee for the silent transmission of the talents of the motherland.
