As a member of the Information Network Studio, I am proud of our studio's ability to make such a prudent game plan so successful. As a new 12-level officer, I really saw the strength of the studio for the first time. As a secretarial department, I am more proud of my ability to contribute to this competition.

The whole process of the competition: publicity contest, registration and recruiting, sea selection recording, round screening, second round screening, final stage. In the meantime, the various departments of the studio, the secretary, the editor, the design, the technical department, the division of labor and cooperation, carried out their duties in an orderly manner, adhered to their own positions, and completed the work that was carried out in a serious and effective manner. In my opinion, the broadcast contest can be reported so successfully, thanks to several factors. First of all, the studio can take over the task, which is inseparable from the good image of the studio and the strong strength developed by the superior leadership. Secondly, the division of labor during the work period is orderly and cooperative, each responsible for the special task. The leaders and officers also take their work seriously, which is obvious to everyone at work. Furthermore, the superior and 11-level officers are quite responsible for the guidance of the newcomers. For example, our Secretariat has been in the process of formal training. I did a rough training. In order to facilitate our new officers to know the rules of work, other departments also carried out various trainings. Finally, we are good at reflecting and summarizing, learning from mistakes, correcting and asking for better, such as the recording stage we appear In the event that the handover work disorder caused the participants to complain, we met in time to find out the reasons and reflect on the work.

An organization that does not have a good management policy and a harmonious partnership cannot accomplish a real task well. In this regard, I think ins is worthy of my admiration and pride.

Although the broadcast contest ended successfully, I believe that there is no best, only better. Here, I hope that I can make some suggestions for the broadcast contest.

First, the broadcast contest is a very meaningful game. I think its promotion should not be limited to foreign language schools. Other colleges must have a small number of students who are especially fond of English. Although our organization is affiliated with the School of Foreign Languages, the theme of the broadcast contest is still in English. And this helps the studio to be understood by more people.

Second, since it is recommended to have other colleges, it is certainly necessary to watch the game. On the night of the final, I was responsible for signing in. Many other college students also came to the broadcast contest, but were told that they could not watch because the audience was not enough. Maybe in the next session we can change to a bigger venue for the finals. This is also the way to promote the publicity of the broadcast contest.

Third, whether a part can be added in the final stage, let the finals of the previous broadcast contest show the strength. As a freshman, I am very curious about Ren Yang’s view that this session is not the same as the previous one. I believe many viewers are also interested in the top 8 of the previous broadcast contest.
