Clinical internship is an indispensable part of nursing students' learning. On the one hand, with the improvement of people's awareness of rights protection, patients' rights have been paid more and more attention. The right to privacy is especially obvious in nursing practice. Gynecology is a special department. Various examinations and treatments often lead to genital exposure. In clinical practice, nursing students are often rejected, and even complaints and disputes occur. On the other hand, under the traditional teaching mode, the subjective initiative of nursing students is poor, mainly based on hands-on operation, poor legal awareness and less communication with patients. The above two reasons make the patient's participation in the clinical nursing operation not recognized, the nursing operation opportunities are few, and the internship does not reach the goal. In response to the above phenomenon, the author has explored and improved the traditional teaching mode since January, so that the quality of gynecological nursing teaching has been improved, achieving the good results of patient identification, nursing students and teachers. The working experience is summarized as follows:
1. Department preparation
1.1 Revised teaching plan: The head nurse and the department teacher will carry out analysis and discussion according to the annual teaching requirements of the hospital, the education level of the nursing students and the feedback opinions of the previous nursing students, and amend the new annual teaching plan.
1.2 With the staff to determine: the use of voluntary registration plus democratic selection. First, the department launched and voluntarily signed up. Secondly, according to the comprehensive level of nurses' education level, age, teaching experience, nursing students' scores, clinical work ability, etc., select the best candidates and determine the teaching staff.
1.3 Teaching and training: The general teaching teacher will carry out systematic training for the teaching nurses, including: the teaching plan of the department; the specific implementation methods and steps; the excellent teaching nurses introduce the teaching experience; the teaching common problems and preventive measures.
2. Intern entry education
2.1 On the first day of enrollment, the general teacher is responsible for the centralized education. Explain the rules and regulations of the department; the personnel in the department; the environment of the ward; equipment and equipment; the main treatment of diseases; the role of common drugs, side effects and precautions; teaching of basic nursing operations. 3. Human culture teaching during the internship
3.1 With the teacher two "active." One finger actively communicates with the nursing students, keep abreast of the completion of the teaching plan, and personalize one-on-one teaching. The two fingers take the initiative to care for life, friendship and emotional changes, and take care and help.
3.2 Nursing 2 is “active”. One refers to actively participating in the management of the ward, actively communicating with the patient, and establishing a relationship of mutual trust and relationship with the patient. 3.5 Strictly grasp the theoretical knowledge, combined with the actual work experience, give various forms of lectures to nursing students: impromptu questions, small lectures, business studies, disease ward rounds, encourage nursing students to preside over lectures, etc. Continuously encourage nursing students to actively learn and strengthen theoretical knowledge.
4. Standardize the examination
