Summary of year-end work of hospital nurses

In XX, it was the fifth year of my work. In these years, I grew up from a nephew intern to a nurse with rich work experience.
The patient changed in a round, and Corey also left many old colleagues in the past few years and came to a lot of new colleagues! However, in the years of getting along, the coordination and cooperation of the work is still still orderly. It’s almost a new year, and I can’t help but look at the film from the bottom of my heart, showing one thing after another in this year!
The most meaningful thing: this year we are grouped, this may be considered a top priority? Our department is divided into two groups. I am divided into the former group. Although there are many differences with the previous work patterns, each of us has bravely tried new work priorities. This is not a good thing, maybe changing the method will make our department more powerful and powerful! Under the leadership of the team leader Sun Ying, every member of our group is firmly united! Maybe unity is power; there are things that have been dragged on before, and some things are not willing to do it! However, since the group was divided, everyone was willing to rush to do it, fully mobilizing everyone's enthusiasm, the patient and family members were very well reflected, and the time for us to patrol the ward and patient communication increased accordingly. Therefore, our efforts have finally been satisfied by the patient and the leadership. Therefore, under the leadership of the head nurse, through the joint efforts of our general departments, we have gloriously won the first place in the third quarter nursing quality assessment.
The most uneasy thing: "The rehabilitation department has to move, the nurses have to merge." This matter has been involved in our hearts for a long time. As the digestive department of a ward merges into the new building, it is the relocation of the hematology department and the brain surgery. Each of us has more or less thoughts. "What will happen to our department? Will I be kicked out?" I think this is a matter of how much is affecting everyone! I felt a deep feeling in the 20 days of support in a ward: If you are a good nurse, no one is willing to give up on you! Standing for your position is more important than anything else! So I have to work harder and earnestly!
The new year is coming soon. I sincerely wish you all good health and good work in the new year. I also wish that our department work will be upgraded to a new level and the business will open up a new situation!
