Green is in my heart

The earth is the mother of all living things. Without the mother of the earth, there is no life. In order not to let the creatures die, we must protect the earth and protect the environment.

Last year, when New Year's Eve arrived, I went to Songjiang to see my grandmother.

When I first arrived in Songjiang, I rushed to the small garden to admire these flowers with a refreshing scent. Suddenly, I found that the scene in front of me was like a painting, but there was an uncoordinated place in the painting. Half of a red plastic bag was buried in the soil. I pulled out the plastic bag hard, I really didn't know it, I was shocked. The plastic bags are all waste batteries, about a few dozen knots. Grandma met with doubts and asked: "What do you do with garbage?" I quickly replied: "Grandma, this is not a general garbage, these waste batteries should be thrown into the waste battery collection box." I talked to the outside world. A report that I saw in the newspaper "The Harm of Waste Battery": One battery of No. 1 is rotten in the soil, which can make the value of one cubic meter of land forever lost. Fortunately, these batteries have not decayed, otherwise Our community is going to suffer. "Grandma listened in a panic and said: "Then you will throw these waste batteries into the waste battery collection box!" By the way, there are a lot of used batteries in the house, and when you are together, throw them into the waste battery collection box, my little green guard.

My grandmother and I took the two large bags of waste batteries in the community to look for waste battery collection boxes, but it did not find the power of the two. When I found out, I found a big brother throwing the banana peels away. I ran up and said to my big brother: "Big brother, please don't throw garbage any more, don't hurt our mother of the earth again." Big brother said very shyly: "Thank you for reminding me." He quickly picked up the banana peel and threw it into the trash, and he also picked up the rubbish thrown by others and threw it into the trash.

Finally, I found the waste battery collection box at the entrance of the neighborhood committee and sent them back to the "home."

I think: If everyone in the world can abide by the "seven non-standards" and not litter, not swearing... to contribute to the earth anytime, anywhere. Then, our homeland will be more blue, the water is clearer, the grass is greener, and the flowers are more fragrant.
