Ship owner and painter

Each of us has our own vision. The ancients pursued the gloom of "taking the chrysanthemum under the east and leisurely seeing the Nanshan"; while the modern people pursued status, money, power, intrigue, and infighting. It is greed, it is a private desire to engulf people's hearts. Unconsciously, the virtues of various civilizations are getting farther and farther away from us.

In life, there are things that we are very easy to do, but they can bring great help to others. And some people are very selfish, they are not willing to work hard, even though it is a small matter of raising their hands.

A few nights ago, I strolled on the streets of the city. At night, the neon lights here, the vehicles and people coming and going make the city look extraordinarily lively and bustling. At this time, a cleaner came to a gorgeous lady who had a green tea bottle in her hand. In fact, the lady at the time could hand the green tea bottle in her hand to the cleaner, which would reduce the fatigue of the cleaner and bring the distance between people closer. But even though the cleaner was in front of her, she threw the bottle on the floor. The cleaners said nothing, just tough to pick up, continue to move forward, looking for rubbish. When I saw this scene, I was very angry and thought: If the lady stood in front of a leader, would he dare to throw garbage? Bullying is hard! hypocritical! Besides, how easy it is to hand the bottle to the cleaner, do it, and not do it. Her practice should be despised by everyone!

I can't help but think of a story: a ship owner asked the painter to paint his own boat. When the painter found a hole in the ship, he added it by the way, and only took the painting money when he was working on the money. A few days later, the owner took the money to the painter's house to thank him. The owner said: "The money is to thank you for making up my boat, please be sure to accept it." The painter said: "This is a good thing, don't want money." The owner said: "I know there is a hole in this boat, but I I didn't expect my son to sail this boat. I thought he couldn't come back, but now he is back safely. In order to repay your life-saving grace, please pay for it." The ship owner had to accept it. The lacquer workers in the story are doing their best, and they are good at people, not forgotten, and the ship owner knows how to report. Both of them are worth learning.

A few days ago, the neighbors swept the floor and, by the way, cleaned up the front door of our house. I smiled and said to her: "Thank you!" She said: "Thank you, raise your hand!" In order to thank her, my mother asked me to send some vegetables to my neighbors. Although they are all plain words, they are not gorgeous gifts, but they are the ones that are hard to buy.

May each of us uncover the cold, sinful mask, embrace the world with one of the truest self, and reach out into the holy water and repent. Use your hands to help others; work hard to capture the truth, goodness, and beauty of the world. The value of a person is not what he asks for, but what he gives. I hope that each of us can learn to give, learn to help others, learn to know and report, and be good to others; may ship owners and painters become the epitome of each of us!
