Reading "The Story of Madame Curie"

The students in the school are always more famous than the names of the scientists. Everyone can tell a lot of names, but in fact, there is only one female scientist I admire most. She is the famous Nobel Prize in Physics and Chemistry - Mrs. Curie.

Why do I like Mrs. Curie? This has to be said from my father's book "The Story of Madame Curie" from the summer vacation. At first I thought it was a fairy tale. After reading the content introduction, I realized that Madame Curie is a scientist, or a woman! Maybe because I am also a girl, I came to the interest and started to look at the page. The book tells that Mrs. Curie loves to learn from an early age. Although her study conditions are very poor, she overcomes all difficulties and insists on studying. This has laid a solid foundation for her to engage in scientific research in a more difficult environment. The difficulty she persuaded in her work in discovering radium was unimaginable to others. I was very sad when she read the childhood of Mrs. Curie's suffering, but I was very touched when she saw that she was not afraid of difficult learning.

The book also mentions that Madame Curie did not know how many firsts she had in her life and achieved extraordinary achievements. But she is famous for her reputation and wealth. She not only tells everyone all the knowledge she knows without cost, but also applies her skills to medicine to save the sick. Someone once advised her to ask her to apply for a patent for her research, which would improve her life and laboratory conditions, but Madame Curie said: "Scientists have no right to use their discovery as a cash cow, and radium belongs to the world. People."

Looking at the story of Madame Curie, I feel that Mrs. Curie is really ordinary and very great. Her life is very ordinary and even more difficult than ordinary people, but I have admired so many great achievements in such a difficult life. Think about me again, the learning conditions are so good, but I have not used it well, wasting precious time. I usually show off when I take the exams in the usual time. It doesn't matter if I have a bad exam. I am ashamed of Mrs. Curie. ! After reading this book, I regard Mrs. Curie as the idol of our girls. I want to take time to learn from Mrs. Curie. Don’t be afraid of difficulties. I have to work hard and be as great as Mrs. Curie. And a noble female scientist!
