Bail pending trial guarantee

People's Court:
I am related to the accused. I am willing to act as the guarantor of the defendant for bail pending trial, and fulfill the following obligations as stipulated in the first paragraph of Article 55 of the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China:
Supervise the guarantor to comply with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 56 of the Criminal Procedure Law;
It is found that the guarantor may have occurred or has violated the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 56 of the Criminal Procedure Law, and promptly reports to the public security organ that performs the guarantor pending trial.
