6. If there is any dispute over the company's reply or handling of the quality of the commodity housing project, it may be submitted to the local construction project in accordance with the “Regulations on Urban Real Estate Development and Management” of the State Council and the relevant provisions of the “Building Construction Quality Assurance Measures” of the Ministry of Construction. The quality supervision station applies for coordination; all the problems related to the outdoor supporting of commercial housing may be applied to the local construction administrative department for coordination according to the relevant regulations of the State Administration of Urban Real Estate Development and Management. If there is still disagreement on the coordination opinion, it may apply to the local arbitration commission for arbitration.

7. The professional quality appraisal department qualified by the provincial level and above shall identify the dangerous houses that are unqualified and cannot be repaired by the foundation and main structure. Our company will check out or exchange.

8. This quality guarantee book is a subsidiary file of the commercial residential sales contract. It is the legal file of the company responsible for the quality of commercial housing. It has the same legal effect as the sales contract. Please keep it properly and do not forge or alter it.
