Should the basic surge protector assembly suffer damage while in service, mcg will replace the unit immediately, without charge and without quibbling. this offer is good for ten years from the date of purchase.
If the mcg surge protector is damaged during use, mcg will immediately replace it without charge.
The period of validity is ten years from the date of purchase. Unlimited free replacement of movs & fuses
Free replacement of mov module and insurance for life

Should any module or fuse need to be replaced in one of mcg's modular surge protectors, mcg will replace them without charge for the life of the installation.

Request a quality assurance program

To claim under this warranty, the customer must notify any authorized mcg agent or representative in china with the following information:
During the warranty period, the user notifies any authorized agent or Chinese representative of mcg to provide the following files:

1) name of buyer
2)proof of purchase
3) short statement of the problem

Upon receipt of the above, mcg will replace the unit immediately without charge.
Upon receipt of the above file, mcg will immediately replace the damaged surge protector without charge.
