Quality guarantee


1. The sunroof quality guarantee period is within 36 months from the date of installation. If the manufacturer's fault or quality problems occur during the quality assurance period, please refer to this quality assurance form and consult the local installation store or the after-sales service center. Enjoy free repair and replacement parts and other warranty services.

2. Parts and labor charges shall be charged for products that exceed the warranty period.


3. When the after-sales service involving the following conditions during the warranty period, the parts fee will be charged.

- Damage and replacement of the glass.
- A malfunction caused by the use of an operation error.
- Maintenance by personnel other than the after-sales service unit approved by the company or the company.
This causes deformation and damage to the structure and performance of the product.
- Failure or damage caused by natural disasters such as vehicle accidents, fires, and floods.
- There is no or no prompt for a valid quality guarantee for the product, and the content that must be added to the quality assurance certificate is not completed, and the quality assurance certificate is forged.
