Residential quality guarantee


I. Quality Acceptance This project has been completed and accepted in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of the “Regulations on the Quality Management of Construction Projects”, and is qualified for inspection at the construction quality supervision station.

Third, the warranty processing We have received the customer's warranty requirements, in line with the "urgent user's urgency" attitude, the project affected by the use of the report with the repair, other projects within three days and the user agreed to ensure the completion of the time.
Repairs can be organized for urgent problems.
For those who cannot be completely guaranteed within 10 days due to factors such as climate, first take measures to ensure the living conditions. Once the conditions are met, organize the treatment immediately and explain clearly to the customer.

4. The warranty start date is calculated from the check-in date of the check-in notice.

V. Problems within the scope of warranty For quality damage caused by natural disasters and force majeure, the quality problems caused by improper disassembly, modification, repair and use of the purchaser are not covered by the warranty.

6. Others who have exceeded the prescribed time limit or exceeded the scope of the warranty can, under the conditions of their ability, carry out maintenance services, and collect the cost and the preferential labor fee according to the regulations.

VII. Supervising and Complaints Where the relevant engineering personnel dismiss, haul, and perfuse the warranty work, irresponsible or difficult users, the customer may complain to the property company and up to the company.
