First, do the following five:
1. Bearing in mind the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, we will work hard to implement the important thinking of the "Three Represents", fulfill our duties, work diligently, and strive to fulfill the tasks we have undertaken to contribute to the reform, development and stability of enterprises;
2. Seriously study and resolutely implement the "Corruption Guidelines" and the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, the company's relevant regulations on the integrity and self-discipline of corporate leaders;
3. In accordance with the "Provisions of the Integrity and Self-discipline of the Leaders of China Datang Corporation, and the Report on the Situation Report", we will report the implementation of the rules of honesty and self-discipline to the company party group and the employee representative assembly of the enterprise seriously and conscientiously, and voluntarily accept the supervision of the staff representatives and the public. Comment, accept the opinions and suggestions put forward by the employee representatives, and correct them;
4. Earnestly implement the "China's *** Party Supervision Regulations", take the initiative to carry out criticism and self-criticism, maintain the unity of the leadership team; resolutely implement the democratic decision-making system of the leading group of major issues, and seriously and conscientiously implement the decision-making power;
5. Disciplinary discipline in business and economic exchange activities, cash, securities, payment vouchers, valuables, rebates, sponsorships, etc. that cannot be refused or refunded are proactively handed over to the discipline inspection and supervision department of the enterprise within one month of receipt.
Second, do not violate the following ten:
1. I do not cooperate with others to do business or run a business; the main members of the family, the main social relations business, and the business may not be related to the business of the company.

3. Do not use the company's trade secrets to engage in personal profit-making activities; do not use the convenience of the position, engage in intermediary activities for individuals, family members and major social relationships; do not charge agency fees, rebates and gifts in business activities;
4. Do not provide expenses for the decoration of houses, business expenses for relatives, going abroad, or traveling with units that have business relations with the company;
5. Do not use the power to violate the regulations, interfere with the bidding work, and do not use the means of writing notes, greetings, or designating the winning bidder to destroy the normal working process of the bidding;
6. Do not arbitrarily disclose the discussion content of major issues such as “three big ones” discussed by the leadership team;
7. Do not violate financial regulations and regulations, and do not set up extra-book funds;
8. Do not encourage or participate in mass gatherings and petitions;
9. Do not participate in gambling activities; do not participate in pornographic entertainment;
10. The disciplinary actions listed in the "Several Provisions on the Integrity of Leaders in State-Owned Enterprises" do not occur.
If I fail to fulfill the above commitments and violate discipline, I will accept disciplinary action. If I have caused major economic losses to the company, I will accept heavy economic sanctions.
