Contractor's integrity management responsibility

3. The contractor has the right to supervise the contractor's implementation of the integrity of the project during the construction of the project, and the contractor will hold a meeting on the integrity management of both parties.
4. The contractor shall strictly abide by the “Staff Handbook” formulated by the unit. In case of violation of this regulation, in addition to giving the party criticism and education, the corresponding economic or disciplinary punishment shall be given depending on the severity of the case and the consequences.
5. The personnel of the contractor participating in the banquet and various meetings of the contractor shall be subject to the approval of the supervisor, and the gifts and gift vouchers issued by the meeting shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the company.
6. The contractor's personnel found that the contractor's unit has an act of non-corruption in the construction of the project, and should take timely measures to terminate the continuation of its non-corruption behavior and report to the competent leader.
Contractor's integrity management responsibility
1. The contractor shall understand the various systems and regulations concerning the integrity management of the contractor and comply with the implementation.
2. The contractor is responsible for the integrity education of the project personnel of the unit and attending the clean management meeting convened by the contractor on time.
3. The contractor shall not ban the contractor's personnel or present various gifts and gift vouchers to the contractor. If the contractor has special circumstances, it is necessary to banquets for the contractor's personnel or to present gifts to the contractor. The vouchers shall first be awarded to the leader of the contractor. Agree and submit to the list of the contractor's personnel. If there is any violation of the regulations except for criticism of education, if the circumstances are minor, the contractor shall pay the contractor a penalty of RMB 200-500 per person according to the number of violations; the consequences are serious.
