It is the legal responsibility of every citizen to implement family planning. In order to ensure the implementation of our family planning indicators, all employees of the company must:

1. Conscientiously abide by the state's plan for family planning and the company's “planned childbearing management system” to meet the requirements of planning for childbirth, adopting effective birth control measures, issuing certificates for only children, late marriage, and late childbearing.

2. Unmarried employees should establish a good social morality concept and implement late marriage and late education. Correctly deal with love and marital problems, and ensure that there are no unmarried pregnancies, unmarried first births, early marriages, private marriages, etc., otherwise they will be deemed to have resigned automatically.

3. A married female employee or a married male employee who has a spouse under the age of 23 will be dismissed immediately.

4. Married female employees should choose the Sheung Wan measures within 3-6 months after delivery to ensure that they do not count for childbirth. Consciously participate in the company's women's inspection cycle check pregnancy activities, consciously carry out monthly flushing registration.

5. Married male employees have the responsibility to supervise and do their spouse's choice of implementing long-term contraceptive birth control measures within half a year after delivery to ensure that the Planned Childbirth Return is returned on schedule.

6. Fill in the personal family planning and birth information carefully and truthfully, and report the company's family planning staff in time when the personal situation changes.

7. Both husband and wife are rural hukou. Only one child is a girl. No one of the husband and wife is allowed to have a second child during our work.

8. Actively participate in various family planning activities carried out by the company. If all the family planning tasks can be completed in the whole year, the project will be rewarded according to the “Project Fertility Management System”. Individuals who do not complete the task of planning births are treated according to the Planned Fertility Management System.

This warranty is in duplicate and the company and the individual each hold one copy.

The warranty period is valid from the date of the second oo to the day of the second oo.
