The company adheres to the principle of “survival by quality, development by reputation”: special requirements for product quality standards. We hope that our customers and the company will jointly monitor and provide quality products to our customers.

First, the quality requirements of finished products

1. After the finished product of the rubber ring is formed, the joints of the two edges should be even, the spacing between the two edges should not exceed 2cm on average, and the distance between the largest openings should not exceed 2.5cm.

2. The hand-stitched cover should be covered with the fabric and the bottom fabric, and should not be pleated and foamed.

3, the surface of the white rubber ring can not be too dirty, the rubber ring can not have cracks, can not have odor.

4, the joints, can not be because the needle spacing is too large, the needle eye is thick, the car line is too loose, causing the crevice line quilting.

5, the color of the line and the color of the leather should be coordinated.

6. The left and right sides of the multiple styles should be uniform, and the long width should be basically the same. At the end of the finished product, the whole leather should be a nearly standard thin rectangle.

7. The two sides of the seam should be aligned and cannot be slashed.

8, the side of the dark line of the car, can not appear uneven leather, the leather can not appear wrinkles.

9. The leather and the edge of the rubber ring should be solid.

10, the surface of the finished product can not have obvious stains and glue marks, can not have scratches, the finished product can not be used because of the use of non-environmental glue, resulting in a pungent taste. There should be no obvious stains or glue marks on the back of the finished product.

11, four right angle joints can not be a large hard bag.

12, the surface of the leather surface should be the same tightly stitched, the straight line of the car can not jump, set, and deviation.

13, can not be due to improper adhesion of eva elastomer and leather, resulting in a large fold on the surface of the finished skin.

14, the stitch length should be uniform, not too long, too dense.

15. For the leather of different standards, the thickness of the line should be suitable.

16, the thread can not be too long, can not leak outside.

17, the edge of the stitch line and edge distance should be appropriate.

18, at the heavy needle, the needle eye should be coincident, the number of heavy needles should not be too much, generally no more than three needles.

Third, the finished product grade assessment standard

At the time of inspection of finished products: each occurrence does not meet the requirements of category a, the finished product deducts 3 points

Each occurrence does not meet the requirements of category b, the finished product deducts 2 points

Each product does not meet the requirements of category c, the finished product deducts 1 point

Qualified products:

First-class products: fully meet the quality requirements of finished products

Second-class products: Deduction points of 1 point, listed as second-class products

Third-class products: The deduction points are up to 2 points, which are listed as the third-grade products.

Non-conforming product: If the deduction is 3 points, it will be classified as a non-conforming product.

Fourth, solemn promise

In order to fully reflect the company's "quality first, service first, integrity first" business policy, we hereby make the following commitments:

1. Establish and improve the enterprise quality system, strengthen quality management, ensure the pass rate of ex-factory products is 100%, and achieve product quality standards to ensure product quality.

2. If the customer receives the goods within one week after receiving the goods, if they find that they have received the above-mentioned requirements, they will notify the company in time. The company is responsible for the return of the product unconditionally, and implements the reward policy of returning one to two. If the company returns the product unconditionally for more than one week, no incentive policy will be implemented.

Disclaimer: Reward products are specially designated 70 series, 71 series, 72 series, 03-05, 03-06, 11-07, 20-02, 30-01, new 20-03, 20-10, 01-09, new 03 -09 series. If there are other new series of products that need to be guaranteed, then add and inform the customers. This warranty has been implemented since April 10, 2019.
