Increasing the ability of China's information and communication network to defend against three natural disasters The three major disasters of accidental outbreaks of floods, fires and earthquakes have been the biggest, most serious and most serious disasters in nature. Practical consideration should be given to the wartime security of information and communication networks in infrastructure construction.
