Proposal on supporting college students' internships


The progress of social education in China has made more young people have the opportunity to receive higher education. However, due to the lack of educational concepts and the excessive love of parents for the only child, most young students have no involvement in society, familiarity with society, and no involvement. Society, knowing the actions that society expects of them. Therefore, many students feel that they are ignorant of the workplace when they graduate, and they have no choice but to succumb to their strengths. There are many social criticisms about this phenomenon, but we are business entrepreneurs, leaders, and managers. On the one hand, there is an urgent need for useful people. On the other hand, we also have certain workplace resources and more professional experience and responsibilities. This will help universities and college students to make up for the lack of workplace experience. At present, the opportunities for internships for colleges and universities in China are still relatively limited. The management of internships and interns is not standardized enough, which directly affects the growth opportunities of college students and affects the students' perceptions and feelings about internships. To this end, the Zero Research Consulting Group and other college students' internship companies have issued the following initiatives to the leaders and human resources executives of enterprises and institutions at home and abroad under the banner of “Black Apple College Student Internship Alliance”:

First, actively open internship positions to college students. Each enterprise and business should open an internship position of no less than 5% according to the actual number of employees. This is not only an opportunity for college students to take practical work, let them recognize the style of actual work, and clarify the direction of career planning. The ability to improve the use of various social resources and campus resources will also contribute to the youthfulness of enterprises and cultures, the selection and cultivation of talents in advance, the strengthening of the competitiveness of enterprises and enterprises in the talent market, and the improvement of enterprises and undertakings in the new economic cycle. The matching of unit work requirements with the characteristics of the younger generation of talents.

The second is to standardize the management of university interns. For university interns, you should learn the internship management experience of other interns first, and define the internship position, improve the internship training, designate the intern tutor, pay attention to the intern communication, and target some adaptive problems encountered in the internship. Solve and evaluate the internship effect and do an internship evaluation of the intern. In the enterprise, the internship management should be listed as the routine function of the human resources of enterprises and enterprises, and the corresponding system should be formulated and the corresponding supervisors should be determined. The responsible persons of enterprises and enterprises should also pay due attention to the internship work, and should require other employees to care about the growth of interns. .

The third is paid internship. Under the appropriate management mechanism, the internship not only provides college students with the help of the workplace, but also makes practical contributions to the work of the enterprise. For the sake of fairness, it is also to encourage the students to be serious, dedicated and responsible in the internship. It reflects the recognition of the internship work by enterprises and institutions, and eliminates the adverse effects that “internships are a means for the enterprises and institutions in the society to exploit students or use cheap labor” because of the unpaid use of internships in some units. We encourage internship units. The fourth is to support the president's one-day assistant activity. In the internship exercise we advocated, we noticed that many students have the opportunity to participate in some meaningful regular internship activities, accumulating and learning a lot of experience, while the “President’s Day Assistant Activity” is a college student who knows about businessmen. The form of internship in the way of work, decision-making, and communication has greatly promoted the reflection of college students on their own desire to be a manager or leader. Therefore, on the basis of our experiments, we call on more management and leadership to participate in the “President’s Day Assistant Activity” – you only need to take a few days each month to accept a college student every day to follow the trainee. During the apprenticeship, our Black Apple College Internship Alliance and Black Apple Youth Activities will provide necessary assistance and provide management communication. We also require university students to form an assistant blog on the day at the end of the apprenticeship to summarize the one-day apprenticeship. Sharing and forming interactions will mobilize more college students to participate in social practice.

To train high-level talents suitable for the needs of the workplace, all of our enterprises and institutions need to pass their own demand information through the active intervention model including the internship mechanism, and also convey their willingness to contribute. With a wide range of knowledge, strong information and imaginative advantages, the internship can strengthen the students' relatively weak action, exercise, contact with real career, try to achieve targeted management and improve execution. “Early internship and early growth” and the awareness of “early interns have the ability to intervene in talent competition early”.
