Resignation letter for personal development

Dear leaders:
I am sorry that I officially resigned from the company at this time.
It’s almost two years since I came to the ** company. It is here that I started to embark on the society and completed my transition from a student to a social person. Have had laughter, have had a harvest, and have had tears and pain. The company's equal interpersonal relationship and enlightened work style once gave me the feeling of finding a place to rely on, where I can work happily and have fun.

However, the lack of maturity in the work always makes you jealous. I remember that Mr. Hu once said that if you don’t improve your work in two years, you should find your reasons. Perhaps this is true, so I began to think and think seriously. Even though I think, God will laugh, but this smile is a bit bitter, and the result of thinking is even surprised by myself - perhaps not suitable for software development. Denying yourself makes you very painful, but people always have to face reality, what their own interests are, what they like, and what they are suitable for. This series of question marks has always frustrated me and made me think about resignation. And let me confirm this idea. Perhaps it is only the recurrence of running into the society to encounter setbacks. It is the next step in my life to find my own position in the constant struggle. From small to large, I have been very smooth. This has made me proud. Now I am deeply painful and unable to extricate myself. Maybe people really want to learn to grow up slowly.

I am also very clear that when I resigned to the company at this time, I was a test for myself. When the company was on the verge of employment, the sunltd.erp2004 project was launched. All the previous work was highly focused on the next step. It is also considering the rationality of the company's future arrangements in this project, in the attitude of being responsible to the company, in order to prevent the company from making mistakes due to me, I solemnly resigned to the company. I think the company can do more reasonable and proper project scheduling before the project has officially started. Long-term pain is worse than short-term pain. Perhaps this is a relief for the company.

There are not many days to be able to work for the company. I will definitely take my last shift and do all the work that I have before the start of the project, and try my best to make the project a balanced transition.
Leaving the company and leaving these colleagues who had shared the same pains and sorrows, I was reluctant to give up the leadership of the leaders and reluctant to be sincere and friendly.
