1. As a boss, there are some trivial things that you should not ask. CEOs should do some relatively large and level things. It is uncomfortable to stare at the employees below. For example, which computer is used for, how come back late, reimbursement and the like. Although the small things are small, they destroy the image of the CEO.
I have never seen the boss personally calculate the annual salary of each employee and personally send it to each employee.
Is this too approachable?

2. Correction is too positive. Office expenses should be saved, the network can not be unlimited, the car can not be casually played, the phone bill can not be casually reported, the travel expenses can not be too high ... but not too much, otherwise the staff will complain.

3. Be fair. Late deduction, then work overtime? Work needs to talk about efficiency, but not just work time. Can you see your consciousness if you can finish your work? Why do you have to go to work? I am dozing off on time, and I have a fart! For example, yourself, how many times late, can you say that you are not working hard at work?

5. 6. I prefer free work, no bondage, and I like to have space to display my own abilities. The company is not suitable for me.
I can't communicate with the methods and thinking methods of the Northwesters. I don't want to go to the Northwest to do projects, so I have no use in the company.
In the past nine months, I have been like a miscellaneous person. I went to Lanzhou for a few days in a while. I went to the Dongdan Telephone Office to do debugging that I could not finish, or told the user some insane lie. I did a lot of meaninglessness and was uncomfortable. Work, and did not learn anything. I wasted a lot of time, but did not have the satisfaction and sense of accomplishment of the work.
The work I did was totally different from what I expected from the company. I don't think you know what I am good at, what job I like, what job I hate.

7. The company is like a small workshop. When a monk hits a day, there is no sense of security. Everyone has a mixed feeling. No matter how brilliant the company was, at least the company is lacking in the atmosphere. And we take the project is not based on technical strength. In other words, the company is willing to spend a lot of money on the relationship, but technically it has been in vain. For a year, there is no technical investment. This may be the difference between technology and business.

8. There are too many company problems, don't write them, you don't necessarily like to watch them.
In short, this time, the reason why I have resigned in the company for less than a year is because the company has limited development space for me, and the ability of the boss to show that the boss does not appreciate it.
