At this time last year, an accidental opportunity came to the strange Beilun, strange xx, then xx left a deep impression on me, the implementation of information products such as oa, sap and so on in a private enterprise is not easy to implement. In this way, three months ago, I came to xx with a beautiful dream. As time went by, I became familiar with Ningbo, became familiar with Beilun, became familiar with xx, and became familiar with my own needs. What I need is a more competitive and stressful job. I don't want to lose my passion for work when I graduate. I chatted with my classmates a while ago. My classmates said that I should not choose Ningbo. Ningbo is not my destination. When my classmates talk about their work, I am very excited and somewhat lost. Indeed, I should not choose to be stable. I need a passionate job that will make me feel infinitely motivated.

I may have a lot of studentism just after graduation, but I still insist on my choice. There are many reasons for making this decision:

The first is personal reasons. At present, my girlfriend is a Ph.D. student at Zhejiang University. I need to constantly supplement my knowledge reserve. This can't be realized under the current circumstances. There are still two problems with the distance problem.

Secondly, I feel very uncomfortable with the current internship work in the workshop. I have a poor communication with the workers in the workshop. I agree that I must exercise through the workshop, but now my own efficiency is too low. I don't allow myself to do this. Is wasting your youth;

Third, after a few months of familiarity, I have now clearly defined the content of my future work. I am obviously not interested in the future work. This job can’t excite my passion. I always want to excite myself, but I still work hard. No;

Fourth, the current work has a clear gap with my ideals. I feel that I am a person who can work hard but is constantly pursuing the latest technology. Education is only a small standard for judging people, but I feel really here. I can't fully demonstrate my ability and I can't realize my own life value. There is no difference between the work done and the undergraduate students in the market development department.

Fifth, I believe that you have given me the annual salary promise, but now the monthly salary of undergraduates in Huayuan is actually higher than that of graduate students. I feel that my self-esteem has been hit. Indeed, at present, I have not created value for the company. It seems that there are a lot of xx yuan in a month, but xx money has a lot of gaps from my goals and abilities.

Although I have only been in a hurry for more than three months, I am fortunate to have the guidance and enthusiasm of the leaders and colleagues, and have learned some scientific research experience and practical skills.
