It is a pity that I am resigning to the company. It can be said that I have really stepped into the society from your company. Over the past two years, I have learned a lot, gained a lot, and have a better understanding of society, from superficial to profound. Therefore, I am very good to your company. Feeling, but for some reason I have to choose to leave. I personally think that my departure is fair to the company and to myself.

First of all, physical fitness does not adapt to the workshop environment. The nature of the measurement work determines that I must frequently enter and leave the workshop and contact with various raw materials. Every time I enter or leave the workshop, I will have symptoms such as chest tightness, chest pain and physical weakness.

Second, technology does not adapt to measurement positions. I don't know much about the working principle of the instrument, maintenance, etc., the skill is not refined, and I don't have much enthusiasm for the maintenance of the instrument. Therefore, I have difficulty in playing the current position. My continued retention is equal to the corpse meal, and I am irresponsible to myself.

Third, as the company's benefits have doubled year after year, my salary has not increased, and even negative growth, which shows that the company believes that I can not create any value, or that my ability does not meet the company's requirements, so I have to choose to leave.

Based on the above reasons, I have reconsidered after considering it again and hope that the company will reply as soon as possible. Thanks again to the company for accepting me two years ago!
