I know that everyone has to go through the experience of youth, and people must continue to learn and continue to improve. It’s not that I don’t want to learn or that I have learned it. I feel that going on like this will only waste the company’s resources and increase the cost of the company. I was originally responsible for my current work, but it happened that I was responsible for it. I don’t have many of them, and I am a lot less. Therefore, I ask the leader to approve and resign from my business.

The salary and treatment also make me lack the enthusiasm for work. I feel that I have always paid unsatisfactory. The difference between pay and remuneration is always so great. I need to reflect on what I need to learn. Reflection: Should I stay here to study? Can I do this job?

I don’t do enough work, I hope to lead understanding. Although I have resigned, as long as I still have a duty in this position, I have the responsibility to do everything well, "in his position," which is at least a respect for work.
