I am especially grateful for the platform that gave me personal strength. In the two years of the unit, you have given me a lot of cultivation, so I learned a lot. But for some reason, I have to submit a resignation application to the unit here.

As the first work unit after graduation, I have been working hard to improve my professional skills in the past two years. The hard work has been affirmed on the client, and there is no regrets. But as a professional team, a well-structured institution, I have to say that there is a lot of pressure. A middle-level leader will say that the best technical staff is better than a novice. I don't know what to say, and I can't say anything for these outstanding colleagues. Asking questions that some of our old employees have to ask, your middle level may not be able to solve it. Of course, you can talk about it in the middle level. Can parents who are ignorant and ignorant can fool us? We are not ignorant, but helpless!

Today, my same parent said that I am leaving. He said that society needs us to be a professional. I know this is true, but another fact is that society does not cherish our talents. We all know that rehabilitation work is harmful to our staff. Which rehabilitation worker's spine is not misplaced or strained? No, there are only two reasons, one is a novice, the other is a lazy! Work is hard, but the return is low. There is limited room for improvement. Of course, some people overdraw themselves to improve their returns, but we are all talking about improving the quality of life, and is your life quality? Respect for the profession, respect yourself, the colorful combination is the sun! Life is a process, but not only birth, growth, work, death, but also richer content, watching mountains, stargazing, listening to the sea, smelling the wind, the way of life! Please society to love us!

I often think of the masters, their superb and superb technology is my pursuit. One of my teachers is currently studying for a Ph.D. in rehabilitation, which is the only one in China. They have a high-level pursuit, and behind the pursuit, there is a spiritual core. Although the masters and their colleagues receive at least five or six thousand monthly wages, some even tens of thousands, but the work is hard and stressful. Some people want to change careers, but they are not willing to leave. "Director Tang is still there, I am not Go!" This is cohesion, this is the core of the spirit! I don't know the story behind this, but as a leader, this is absolutely successful. The heart is indifferent and free. Stay away, no matter the sad middle level, or the bad management, the fact that only others care about it will have nothing to do with me!

Respect knowledge, respect talents, standardize management, rational use of people, and the foundation of the survival of contemporary enterprises.

The enthusiasm for work subsides, and sadness arises from this, so that the impact on me or the unit is not good. Hereby resign. At the same time, I sincerely hope that the performance of the center will flourish and the leaders and colleagues will work smoothly!
