Mistakes in work

In view of my inability to supervise the ** system of a certain department at work, and brought great losses to the company, I decided to resign.

But in advance, I am not irresponsible. I ran when something went wrong, but I was not ashamed of the actions of some of the company’s leaders and department managers.

To do management, if you make mistakes, you should be brave enough to recognize, actively solve, and minimize losses; but some people push three or four, do not cooperate with the investigation, provide false information, and attempt to mislead people. This is a department head. What should a man do? Can't figure it out.

Although I am very reluctant, I don’t want to explain and talk about anything anymore, I am tired; I am tired, tired, rest and rest.
