Most of the villages that have not yet started are economically poor villages, which will inevitably affect the development of village-level roads and the completion of annual tasks. Although the total amount of traffic regulations collected by the county has achieved the synchronization of time and tasks, there are still some gaps between the fees and tasks, and some have just started.
