First of all, thank you for coming to our town to check and guide the work in the busy schedule. Last year, under the correct leadership of the county party committee and the county government, under the careful guidance of the county support units, the work has achieved good results. . In particular, the Huangnan Neighborhood Committee and Longma Village of our town directly support the 7 working units of the County Commission for Discipline Inspection, the County Health Bureau, the County CDC, the County Health Supervision Office, the County Hospital, and the County Maternal and Child Health Center. Under the support, the appearance of the village, the living conditions of the villagers, and the living standards have all been greatly improved. Below I will briefly report on the implementation of the poverty alleviation project last year to the leaders.

At the beginning of 2004, the county leaders and the supporting units and our towns and villages investigated and demonstrated that they had invested a total of 90,000 yuan in the Huangnan Neighborhood Committee and Longma Village in the town, and implemented 4 promotion projects until the end of October last year. All of the project implementation tasks have been completed. Among them, the construction of two electric irrigation stations is 850 mu, 450 mu, and the 2.2 km cement road of Longma Village, which has solved the problem of some people's roads to a certain extent. The problem is that the water improvement project implemented by the Huangnan Neighborhood Committee has enabled 57 households with 207 people to eat safe and healthy tap water, so that the neighborhood water rate of the neighborhood committee reached 98.6%, and the standardized construction of the Longma Village branch activity room is powerful. It promoted the standardization and institutionalization of village-level party organizations and changed the image of village-level party organizations.

In the assistance work, the leaders of the various support units attach great importance to the implementation of the project. The county disciplinary committee Li Shuji and the county director Ding Ding often go deep into the front line to inspect and guide the poverty alleviation work. The county disciplinary committee Zhang Shuji and the health bureau special director often go to the village to check the house. To supervise the implementation of the project, Liu, the director of the County Women's Insurance Institute, the president of the Chinese Medicine Hospital, the director of the Health Supervision Institute, Zhang, and the director of the county CDC, have repeatedly visited the Longma Village to guide the electric irrigation station and the village road construction. With the support, the implementation of poverty alleviation projects in our town in 2004 was very smooth.

On the basis of completing the poverty alleviation project, the cadres and workers of the poverty alleviation units actively extended their helping hands, and formed help with the 67 special poor households in the two help villages, providing rich projects, information and funds for the poor households. Looking back on the poverty alleviation work in 2004, we sincerely thank all the units, especially the leaders present here, for their great support to our Huangpi Town.

In 2005, according to the implementation of our town, through full investigation and demonstration, at present, we have initially drafted 8 implementation plans for the promotion of projects, including 4 projects in Yuntiguan Village, namely 2 km of village-passed gravel road, village Ministry of Construction, electric irrigation station construction, helping 60 households with poverty, and implementing four projects in the Huangnan Neighborhood Committee, namely, the construction of the village, the construction of an electric irrigation station, the construction of a new women's river farm bridge, and the assistance of 40 households.

In order to complete the task of this year's poverty alleviation project, our party committee and government set up a leading group for the promotion and promotion work.
