Those days were the most difficult and painful days of my life. I sold the house, used all the household appliances, rolled up the luggage, took my wife into the factory, and walked with the workers. The unfortunate past is still vivid. To this day, someone said to me: "General Lin, you started from 50,000 yuan, it is incredible, you have good luck! I remember that in the early days of Xiaogan Yuanfeng Carton Factory, Wuhan Changguang Power Co., Ltd. asked our factory to make a batch of carton boxes, and it was required to be completed within a limited time. At that time, some people in the factory did not agree to do it. This clearly shows that it is a waste of money for the people and the people. I insisted on opposing this statement, quickly organized a special team, personally supervised the battle, and rushed the carton as needed, and sent it to the factory in the early morning. At that time, the factory leader was very moved. After reading the samples, I immediately signed an order for customizing 500,000 cartons.
In mid-July 1997, due to the pressure of competition, Hanyang Carton Factory was difficult to sustain. At that time, we managed to lease the Xiaogan City Industry and Trade Carton Factory. The factory was transferred. When it was originally in the Hanyang factory, it still owed more than 20,000 yuan of materials to the next supplier. I found it after the investigation. At that time, some people in the factory said: "Now the Hanyang factory has not existed. Moreover, for a long time, there has been no supply and marketing relationship with the factory. It can be "respected" and it must be so serious. I said that integrity is the enterprise. Life, without integrity, does not have the basic morality of being a human being. Later, I took the time to take the initiative to send more than 20,000 yuan of materials to the suppliers.
On August 1, 1997, we produced more than 2,000 battery cases for the Wuchang 712 Research Institute at the request of the factory. Due to the purchase of paper, the bottom of the sun, the carton has a slight discoloration, resulting in inconsistent colors. After I found out, I immediately explained the situation to the manufacturer and ensured that all the work was reworked. I also compensated the loss caused to the customer due to the delayed delivery time.

In terms of internal management, I think that the most important thing is to cultivate team spirit and enhance corporate cohesion and centripetal force. Later, I carried out the temptation, inspired and enlightened, and encouraged him to finally mature him. Now he is appointed as the director of the branch of Yunmeng County Daoqiao Packaging Company.
The original Daoqiao paper mill worker Zhang Minjun is 52 years old and has a bit of awkward legs. In 1999, he was laid off due to the closure of the factory. His wife died in his early years.
