First of all, please allow me to introduce my personal resume. After graduating from the auditing major of the University of China, the company was assigned to the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, and served as the deputy section chief of the Finance Department, the deputy section chief of the Foreign Trade and Economics Department, and the Secretary General of the CCPIT. During the period, he was appointed as the deputy manager of the Grain, Oil and Food Import and Export Corporation and the Finance Minister of the Group Supply and Marketing Corporation.
After years of work and knowledge accumulation, I have the following appointment conditions:
First, it has certain theoretical literacy and knowledge accumulation. I usually pay attention to theoretical study, and seriously study the important expositions about Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the "Three Represents" thoughts; in combination with the job system, I have studied financial management, foreign trade knowledge, WTO rules, socialist market economy theory, and Relevant laws and regulations; and passed the examination, obtained the title of auditor and accountant. In particular, last year's three-month study in the Party School of the City Party School, a new improvement in theoretical cultivation, and a new expansion in knowledge.
The second is to accumulate certain work experience in practice. In the past ten years of working in the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, I have worked and served in the business departments of Finance, Auditing, Foreign Trade and Economics, and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and accumulated certain skills in handling problems, grasping policies, and coordinating relationships. During the period, I was also the deputy general manager of the Foreign Trade Grain and Oil Import and Export Corporation, and I was working in the Yili Group. The exercise in corporate leadership positions has improved my ability to control the market economy and open up markets. These work experiences have laid a foundation for my ability to improve leadership management, organizational coordination, work resilience and ability to handle complex problems.
The third is the advantage of personal identity. I am a minority women cadre. The reason why I have such a result today is that it benefits from the cultivation of the people and benefits from the party’s national policy and the situation of national unity today. Drinking water and thinking about the source, the special identity determines my special feelings about the upcoming work. It’s not good to have a work and a relationship, but it’s impossible to have no feelings. If I am fortunate enough to be nominated, I will categorize this special feeling into a specific work action.
I am deeply responsible for the appointment of today. This is trust and a challenge. However, I believe that with the supervision, support and assistance of the District People's Congress and the CPPCC, there are several district committees and government teams that have laid a good foundation for work. There is a sincere unity of the new team of the government and the understanding and support of the broad masses of cadres in the region. I am full of confidence in taking on and fulfilling the duties of the deputy district governor. If I am asked to appoint, I will calm down and settle down and do my job in the following aspects:
First, strengthen learning, deep practice, and adapt to the new needs of work as soon as possible. The process of adapting to new work is also the process of learning-practice-re-learning. Government work is characterized by strong policies and strong principles. As a government worker, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the relevant policies and regulations as soon as possible, and to learn the law, know the law, learn the law, use it, and exercise according to law. We must also be good at learning good work experience from old leaders and old colleagues, learning from others, developing and shortening, and eclectic, for my use. Civil affairs, ethnic religions, the Disabled Persons' Federation and the work of opening up to the outside world are directly related to the stability and development of our district. In the specific work, we must earnestly do a good job in civil relief work and the work of the Disabled Persons' Federation, and strive to ensure the basic quality of life of the disadvantaged groups; we must continue to safeguard the great situation of national unity, strengthen the overall efforts of the minority to get rid of poverty, and lead the national work to a deeper level; Strengthen the management and guidance of religion, ensure that religious leadership is in the hands of patriotic forces; focus on attracting investment, rationalize the investment promotion mechanism, set up a full-time investment promotion agency, and achieve new breakthroughs in systems, policies, and services. Fourth, relying on the people, serving the people, and putting the party into the public and the idea of ​​governing for the people is implemented.
