Expiration date of the debit
The debit is divided into a debit with a repayment term and a debit with no repayment term.
A loan with a repayment term, from the date of expiration of the repayment period, the statute of limitations is two years. If there is no evidence to prove that the statute of limitations has been interrupted, the claim will not be protected by law for more than two years.
If there is no repayment term, the creditor can call for it at any time. The time limit for the action is counted from the time when the creditor first tries. If the debtor has no evidence to prove that the creditor has tried, the creditor can request legal protection at any time without being restricted by the general statute of limitations.
