Torture strange interview

Nowadays, when recruiting employees, some companies are eager to learn from the successful experiences of foreign countries to explore the psychological status and personality characteristics of candidates, and to test the candidates' thinking ability, hands-on ability and courage. Set a weird test scene. Some absurd questions may not be beneficial to actual employment, but they may become an excuse to spy on the privacy of candidates. The author is puzzled. Even if some candidates are lucky enough to “stand out”, these people are the talents that enterprises need urgently. Is it guaranteed to be competent for future work? And look at these "test questions" - say sleep words. Recruiting supervisor asked: Have you ever said a dream? If you answered, I said it a few times. The other party will ask you to recall the dream of the previous day, and whisper in your ear: Say it, say it, say what you want to say! You may feel a bit like being hypnotized, unable to resist, and inexplicably said some "dreams" on the spot. Then the other party "wakes up" you and then tells you "not suitable for the job." Catching mice. You and two other female candidates wore thin plastic gloves and 100 rats were placed in the room to see who could catch the mouse in 10 minutes. When you are quiet and enter the role, the "examination" is coming soon, and you haven't caught a mouse. The examiner said to you: "There must be an examination of the mouse after the next, and now you have lost the opportunity." Write the record. Allows you to produce a detailed record of how all your deceased relatives died, including the place of death, the cause of death, which drugs were used before death, which medical devices were used, and asked for answers, not to be fabricated or concealed. Because you asked too detailed, causing dissatisfaction between relatives and friends, in the end you tore up the record of not remembering, gave up the interview. Compared with talking about dreams, catching mice, etc., there are even more surprising "test questions." Some companies have asked candidates to attach their own photobooks to show the detailed experience of love. Such "testing" has changed. Each company has its own recruitment standards and assessment methods. However, there are several principles that should be unified: First, the exam should not be dangerous; second, it should be scientifically tested according to the post, not to be weird; third, comply with current laws and regulations. If the employer is too keen on choosing an odd way to interview, it is not only overbearing, but also unfair.
