Do you know the etiquette of the interview?

Job seekers must be psychologically prepared to meet with their future bosses. Men naturally wear the most neat clothes, but don't have to dress too much. When you are waiting in the reception room, you should relax and not feel anxious. When you call your name, you should walk in with calmness and confidence. When you meet the interviewer, shake hands and say "good morning" or "good afternoon". It should be noted that although the interviewer should be confident, but do not appear to be overconfident. At the end of the meeting, both parties will shake hands and bid farewell. Ms. should go to the interview to be neat and bright, giving a good initial impression, jingling jewellery, over-concentrated perfume, unruly and uncomfortable silk stockings, unfinished nails or awnings. Fluffy pine hair, etc., is enough to offset the good impression given by her cover letter. It is not smart to be eager to present your own conditions to the future boss during the interview. Some people refer to pay and holidays for the first question, which often does not leave a good initial impression. In the process of meeting, the boss will explain the approximate scope of work, nature, requirements, working hours and salary, etc., and later talk about the details of vacations and pensions. When he asked questions, the job seeker's reply should be streamlined, relevant, and without hesitation. After that, he may ask the job seeker if he likes the position, and if there is any problem to ask. When the boss thinks that the meeting has come to a successful conclusion, he will stand up and say "Thank you, I already know everything about you." If he thinks that the job seeker is the ideal candidate, he may hire it immediately. If the job seeker is satisfied with everything, they can accept it and then agree on the date of work. When the job seeker quits, the boss may send it to the door of the office and tell him that he will send a letter to him later to confirm his position. Although this is just a verbal promise, the boss should not change his mind later and hire another person. If a decision cannot be made at the time of the meeting, or if there is a job seeker to meet, the boss may say that he or she will be notified in writing in the future.
