After that, he may ask the job seeker if he likes the position, and if there is any problem to ask. When the boss thinks that the meeting has come to a successful conclusion, he will stand up and say "Thank you, I already know everything about you." If he thinks that the job seeker is the ideal candidate, he may hire it immediately. If the job seeker is satisfied with everything, they can accept it and then agree on the date of work. When the job seeker quits, the boss may send it to the door of the office and tell him that he will send a letter to him later to confirm his position. Although this is just a verbal promise, the boss should not change his mind later and hire another person. If a decision cannot be made at the time of the meeting, or if there is a job seeker to meet, the boss may say that he or she will be notified in writing in the future.
