It is even more painful. This is in a vicious circle: the better you do, the more painful you are. In the long run, "people will not be, you will not be you." Why not choose a career that suits your personality from the very beginning? Second, deal with the "want" and "available" relationship. We all have the position we want, the company we want to go, but I don't want to go, what should I do if I don't want to go? This problem has also plagued me for a long time. My solution is to "spread the net", which is really out of frustration. It is also the direct cause of the birth of many "face fighters." If you have enough strength to go to the business you want to go to, it is a good idea to try several companies to overcome the chance of luck. If you can't do it, don't you believe that 10 companies and 20 companies have been rejected? Grab any one to say that it is the goal. And the process of job hunting is a process of improving and understanding oneself. I believe that most recent graduates have a better position after they have gone through the stage of finding a job, because it forces us to have the most fundamental inside. Exploit the demand and satisfy it with all your energy. Before looking for a job, perhaps there is no such opportunity for us to do so. Third, prepare the ancients cloud as early as possible: everything is pre-established, not pre-emptive. Opportunities are all prepared for the people. In order to get a satisfactory job, I started to prepare for it earlier. I have participated in the presentations of some interested companies last year. And from time to time to pay attention to their dynamics; strengthen the level of spoken English; resumes are well prepared early, and constantly update and improve; look at some online job search articles and experience; early to the company to send resumes to their attention, etc. . Because these are all things that can be foreseen and must be done, they can be done earlier, and they can concentrate on preparing for the interview at the beginning of large-scale recruitment, which is a step ahead of other students. There are a lot of unexpected things happening in the job search. When your plan is disrupted by these things, the things you have to do will pile up, step behind, and step behind. The solution is to finish the things that can be done as soon as possible, so that even if there are unexpected events, it will not have too serious impact. There are so many graduates now. For HR, the difference between students and students is not very big. They are just one name. And the thing we have to do is to let them think of us as soon as they see the symbol. For example, after making a resume, make a phone call and ask for more participation in the presentation, and the opportunity to get an interview for the company you want to go. In November, I only had a beautiful offer, and I didn't want to go there. At that time, Bosch car started, and did not inform me. I really want to go to Bosch, so I went to the king. Followed by a classmate who was invited to the interview, and said good things to let ChinaHR people accept my resume to arrange an interview. When I saw the Bosch interviewer coming out, I quickly seized the opportunity to talk to him and finally agreed to participate in the interview. I ended up with a round and two rounds and finally got the offer. It was a proactive attitude that allowed me to come to the end from a person who had never even had a resume. V. Persistence I think this is one of the necessary conditions for doing anything. From September to the end of December, about 4 months. Although there were quite a few interview opportunities during this period, there were a lot of companies that I wanted to go to, and I refused. Even I refused to trust me. But my point is that the battle will not end until the last moment, I will always be active in the job fair and interview site until I find a satisfactory job. Improve your personal "attack ability", don't take care of the so-called "face", because now is not the time we have face. The rejection of job hunting is a normal thing. It seems to be very serious now, but I can foresee that it will be far less serious than I imagined in the future. Just as I now imagine the difficulties and frustrations I encountered in middle school, many of them are very ridiculous and naive. All I have to do is try not to let them influence my mentality, because I firmly believe that my contribution can be exchanged for a good return. Most companies have to go through a process of applying resumes, written tests, one side, two sides, ..., n-faces. At that time, it was very boring to think about it, especially to send resumes, answer open questions, just one word: annoying! Some people are "annoying and retreating", and some people are "annoying". But who can make us a job seeker? In this role, you must abide by the rules of the game. To find a good job, you must go through these necessary processes. Now it's just filling out the form, answering the answer, and there will be more irritating things in the future. We have to do it. Who can persist until the end is who is the winner. "All roads lead to Rome, don't rush to seek success. Many students in western universities have this problem." Give yourself a high goal, always under pressure. I strongly oppose the phrase "the contentment is always happy." Advocating "born in sorrow, died in happiness." Because we are young people now, it is a crucial period of hard work to achieve our goals in life. Set a challenging goal for yourself and always push yourself forward. When you achieve your goals, how good your sense of accomplishment is! For a simple example, I was very interested in computers, so I took a minor in computer science and got a grade certificate. Now I am flying at the second and third levels, but it was rare at the time. After the third-level exam, I gave myself a new goal of "programmer". The result was 3 points. In the second year, we will make a comeback. If we increase the pressure, we must win the "elevation". Sure enough, people's potential is that they need to be “squeezed”. Those who have not been programmers, in the case of self-impression, the high scores passed the “elevation”. This is my real example. The exam does not reflect anything completely. What I want to explain is that giving yourself pressure and continuous growth can make you make great progress. Don't be complacent about the "achievements" you have already achieved. You should answer "I don't know what, what I want" instead of "I know what, what I have." When you climb the summit, the beauty that stands in front of you is far from what the people at the foot of the mountain can imagine. "How wild is the heart, how far is the future." There are some skills in job hunting, which are my personal experience, and I share with you: First, there is no leadership group discussion. Many cattle companies like to do this because it is very effective and can “make up” many people. I think what you have to grasp in this interview is your performance in the discussion. Don't care how much you say, but how much you say what you are saying. When we discussed the Olympic propaganda planning, one of the classmates put forward a propaganda slogan, but it was very incisive and everyone agreed. After that, he did not have much opinion, but he still passed this round of discussion. The noodle officer values ​​"quality" rather than "quantity", and talking nonsense is only harmful. It is crucial to have an organizer in the discussion. How to draw the final conclusion, this process needs to have clear steps, and those who suggest the discussion steps often win steadily. In other words, let everyone accept your leadership, and you can sit back and talk as you suggest. As for the results of the discussion, I don’t care. That is not what the official cares about. Second, the open question is of great use. The open issues of each enterprise are similar. Not only do you provide the words you can talk about during the interview, but also help you practice your English writing skills. Why not? Keep them all, and the next company's open issue will be slightly modified and posted, but you must remember to change it. I have sent the company name unchanged. Read them a few more times. When the interview was over, I started to say that because these problems are very comprehensive, no matter what you are in any situation, any company can say that it is ok, omnipotent problem, huh, huh. 3. Prepare different self-introductions Many “experience talks” say that you need to prepare multiple versions of resumes. I think multiple versions of self-introduction are more useful than resumes. Because many companies screen your resume is one person, and the face officer is another person. Compared with "watching resumes", it is obviously more attractive to you to give him "speaking resume". It is said that the impression of a person is often determined in the first few seconds of the beginning, so a good self-introduction is too important for the success of the job. Therefore, we need to prescribe the right medicine, write a detailed self-introduction, one in both Chinese and English, as familiar as the "99-time multiplication table", and edit at any time according to the situation. If you are annoyed, you will be able to stop it; if you are full of enthusiasm, you will say more and show yourself to him. At the time of the interview, he is God, he is God, and everything is for the satisfaction of the noodle officer. Fourth, do a good job search record Many students received calls from the company do not know where the other party is, when they voted for their resume, what position to apply for. If you have a job search record, it will be easy to solve. Each time you submit a resume, record the company's information, the time and method of the resume delivery, the position you applied for, when did you contact them, who received the call, when did the company give you information, and so on. It is similar to making a “job job file” for each company. This will be very convenient to check in later. If the busy classmate can make a calendar, the template inside the word is good. Fill in the important things to do every day, and look at the calendar in advance in the morning to decide the day. 5. How to quickly improve the spoken English and read more. Wanting to go to a foreign company, speaking is a major obstacle for many students. My spoken language was also a word at the beginning of this year: bad rotten! So I took the TOEFL test first, and there are a lot of sentences that I use every day. It helps a lot. After the test, spend an hour or so every day to read the text of the listening part and slowly develop the sense of language. After reading the TOEFL materials, I chose some oral tutorials, oral improvement, etc. to read, and the thunder did not move every day. After 3 months, I felt that there was a big improvement, and the worse the starting level, the faster the improvement, hehe! Later, I felt that the improvement of reading alone was not as effective as before, and I changed my strategy: after reading a paragraph, I closed the book and repeated it in my own words. This was really painful at the beginning, and I wanted to give up a few times, but after a period of time, it was much better, and it was an improvement, very happy.
