Facts and reasons:

At 10:30 on October 9, 2019, the applicant drove the electric vehicle from east to west into the East Gas Station. The speed of the taxi on the right turn was too fast. After the collision, the patient suffered a fracture of the tibia in the leg. The degree of damage has reached the level of disability, and the application is now for judicial identification of the applicant's disability level.
