7. The contents of the “Trademark Description” column may include: the name of the trademark, the meaning of the foreign language or minority text of the trademark pattern, the textual representation of the special font, the description of the stereo/color trademark, the statement of the trademark design that needs to give up the exclusive right, and others. The matter that the applicant believes needs to be explained.

8. Applicants should fill in the categories and “commodities/services” in accordance with the “Similar Goods and Services Classification Table”. An application can only be processed for one category of trademark registration. If the product/service item cannot be filled out, it can be filled in the attached page of the application and the number of pages attached. The serial number should be indicated before the goods/services.

9. If the applicant is a legal person or other organization, it shall be stamped at the “Applicant's Chapter Stamp”. If the applicant is a natural person, it should be signed with a pen or a signature pen in this column. For joint application, this column is stamped by the representative, and other co-applicants are stamped on the attached pages of the application. The stamp or signature should be complete and clear.

10. A clear trademark pattern shall be affixed to the trademark pattern box, and no explanatory text, registration mark, color mark description, chapter stamp, signature, etc. other than the trademark pattern shall appear. The trademark pattern shall not be altered.

11. Charge standard: The application fee for each trademark registration is 1000 yuan. The application fee for each collective trademark registration is 3,000 yuan, and the application fee for each certification trademark registration is 3,000 yuan.
