Basic situation of the Youth League

When I first came to the college, under the guidance of the instructor of the college general branch, the 0801 class of the electric department set up a strong class branch. At present, a total of 29 students in the class are all members of the group, one probationary party member, and eight members of the party's activists. They play the leading role and exemplary role of the party activists in the construction of the class group branch. Since then, the advanced radiance of the Communist Youth League has penetrated into this excellent class. It has been nearly two years since I entered the university. It has always been our goal to develop towards an excellent league branch. Time has witnessed our growth. In the past two years, our whole class of students, under the guidance of the school league committee and the teachers of the school, under the guidance of all the class committees and the concerted efforts of the students, in the spirit of "Education, Zhizhi, Houde, Shensi" Constantly developing and perfecting itself, we have achieved very gratifying results in all aspects of ideological and moral construction, cultural level construction, and organizational activities of the Youth League.

1. Ideological and moral construction of the Communist Youth League

As part of the group organization, we always adhere to our high standards and strict requirements, and we are in line with the standards of party members and are concerned about the major development of the country. Through our joint efforts, the students in the whole class have greatly improved their ideological consciousness. In December 2019, my class actively organized a group day event with the theme of “gratefulness”. This group day event was a model group day event organized by the school group committee.

The contents of the group day activities are mainly composed of video exhibitions, speeches, speech contests, gratitude greeting cards, folding "heart-shaped" papers, and the production of theme panels. The group day event was highly praised by the Youth League Committee. The group day activities mainly focused on "grateful parents, grateful society" and played an important guiding role in improving the ideological education of college students. 2. Cultural level construction of the Youth League

Admission to the school, the electric branch of the group led the whole class to establish a good class style of "unity, friendship, mutual assistance, hard work, innovation and innovation", forming a good style of learning, "learning, learning, catching up, helping, super". All work in the class is at the forefront.

"People-oriented, science and education rejuvenating the country" has always been an important policy of our country. To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we must have a solid cultural foundation. Under the great situation of the school's study style construction, our class students seized the opportunity and paid close attention to the results and achieved obvious results. The one-time pass rate of the whole class four grades is 82.16%, of which the pass rate of class a and class c in English is 100%, and that of class A in English is six in English, and five people pass in one time. The national computer secondary one-time pass rate is 56%, which is the highest in the whole year. In the freshman year, one of the national scholarships was awarded, two first-class scholarships, four second-class scholarships, and seven individual scholarships, and the award coverage reached 50%. They have become the main force in learning and have become the pioneering force in our class to improve their performance.

For those students whose performance is still relatively backward, we take a group of ones and also organize a class meeting. Everyone has offered to help them. One is to let them learn better and more carefully, and the other is to supervise them. From the current effect, it seems to be better. The phenomenon of skipping classes for those people is basically absent, and learning is more than ever. Coupled with the gradual improvement of the learning atmosphere in our class, I think they will be able to catch up soon.

3. Organizational activities of the Youth League

The life of the university gives us a lot of time and space for free activities, and we need to decorate ourselves to be colorful. In the purpose of enriching the college students' spare time and exercising their abilities, we have carried out a series of activities for the construction of the Youth League. We have successively held large-scale class activities such as “recycling waste”, “learning style construction”, “reading red classics”, “big love without borders, life replacement”, “gratefulness – walking with love”, and we also hold democratic life meetings regularly. During the event, the whole class actively participated and fully demonstrated their talents and style. I felt the happiness brought by the activities, improved the enthusiasm of the students, exercised my ability in practice, and enhanced the cohesiveness of the class.

2019 has passed and we will be more mature in 2019. Under the leadership of the school party committee and the Youth League Committee, we will demand ourselves more strictly. Correct attitude, strive to advance, actively move closer to the party organization, improve ideological awareness, and work hard to build our group branch better.

On March 7th, 2019, in order to increase the cohesiveness of the class and enhance the enthusiasm of the students in the new semester, we held a special class meeting on “summary, reflection and outlook”. 4. Summary of the construction of the Youth League

The Youth League branch is the core of ideological and political affairs of a class. Our branch of the Electric Power Branch has been conscientiously completing the work of various league branches and carrying out various ideological education activities in accordance with the requirements of schools and colleges.
