Application for school multimedia classroom

The Federation of Business Schools of Hubei University of Technology is a student organization under the leadership of the Party Committee of the Academy and the Youth League Committee. We adhere to the purpose of serving the campus culture construction of the Business School, and actively carry out activities that are very colorful to enrich the amateur cultural life of our college students. There are 11 associations under the Association of Societies and Societies, namely the Photography Association, the Public Relations Etiquette Association, the ec English Club, the Body Dance Association, the Ball Association, the Computer Association, the Guitar Association, the Calligraphy and Painting Association, the Drama Club, the Law Society, and the Comic Society.
Our associations have always carried out a variety of activities with limited resources in the school. For the weekly regular activities of the association, the association holds lectures on knowledge, movies, impromptu performances and other activities to make members of the association happy. I have learned a lot. As far as the venues of the association are concerned, our associations are generally concentrated in multimedia classrooms, with the exception of a small number of association events held in the school's sports grounds and in the various gardens of the school. Therefore, for the association, the use of multimedia classrooms is important, but since December XX, the changes in the management of the use of multimedia classrooms have made it difficult for our associations to apply for multimedia classrooms. The activities of the association could not be held normally, and they were forced to cancel or postpone. For the management of the association, they suffered tremendous pressure from all aspects of the school.
In view of this situation, we call on the association to bring the activities from the interior to the outdoors and carry out some innovative activities, but even then, due to the special characteristics of some associations, such as computer associations, the daily association activities of the association are generally lectured and on the machine. The experiment is mainly based on the need for a computer for multimedia presentations, as is the case with comics. We have always reflected our actual difficulties to our superiors, but due to the particularity of the situation, we have not received satisfactory answers.
In the new school year, the activities of the association will be carried out immediately, but the classroom problems have not been fundamentally resolved. We have been applying for the classroom from the director of the school's network center, but now the message is that it must be approved by the school leaders, but since each of our associations apply for the classroom every week, each application All need to be approved after a certain period of time, so we are not sure at the time and place, so the activities of the association will be seriously affected. Due to the large number of classrooms applied for, this is also a burden for school leaders. Since it is considered that the equipment has been stolen in the multimedia classroom, we will implement a system that will be responsible for the person and the door lock, and will do the classroom-related finishing work. Ensure the cleanliness of the multimedia classroom and the safety of the equipment.
Please let the school leaders believe in us and believe in the quality of our school cadres. I believe we will make our own contribution to the campus culture construction of the Business School! Please approve the associations of the associations to use multimedia classrooms when conducting association activities.
