The company registration authority shall make a decision on approval or rejection within 10 days from the date of receipt of the files listed above. Where the company registration authority decides to approve, it shall issue a Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name. Pre-approved company names are retained for 6 months. The pre-approved company name may not be used for business activities during the retention period and may not be transferred.
