National bursary application in 2019

The national bursary is to reflect the concern of the party and the government for students with financial difficulties in ordinary undergraduate colleges, higher vocational schools and colleges. It is jointly funded by the central and local governments and used to support the family’s economic difficulties. Student grants for students.

1. Funding standards

The national average is XX yuan per person per year. The specific standard is determined within the range of 1000-3000 yuan per person per year, divided into 2-3 files.

2. Basic application conditions

Students in school meet the following criteria:
1 Love the socialist motherland and support the leadership of the Communist Party of China;
2 Comply with the Constitution and laws and abide by the school rules and regulations;
3 Honest and trustworthy, good moral quality;
4 diligent study, positive progress;
5 The family has a difficult economy and a simple life.

3. Application, review and issuance

National bursaries are assessed once a year. Before September 30th of each year, students apply to the school, and the colleges and universities will complete the review before November 15 of the same year. National bursaries are issued in 10 months, and colleges and universities put the national student aids into the hands of the students.

4. Related matters

Students who apply for and receive a national bursary within the same academic year can apply for and receive national scholarships and national motivational scholarships. Students who are directly under the Ministry of Education who are piloting free education will no longer receive national bursaries.
