Third, the sales performance of the department: There is a saying "the value of a person is determined by his position", I want to prove that I am through my personal efforts. I think that our department is an upward team, especially the salesman. Everyone wants to do it. The reason for customer loss is that some customers are flowing. V. Personnel management: The marketing department consists of salesmen and sales assistants. There are two business assistants and two internal assistants, and four salesmen. My idea is that the salesperson should visit the customer and participate in bidding on a regular and irregular basis according to the sales planning and market expansion plan. The salesman needs to be closer to the market. In this case, the business assistant needs to strengthen his business.
