Facts and reasons:

The case of the applicant and the respondent's house infringement dispute has been accepted by your hospital. The applicant and the respondent were formerly the applicant's sister-in-law, and the respondent and the applicant's brother divorced. The applicant has been reading the emotional factors of both parties. The respondent temporarily stayed in the house disputed for more than ten years. When the applicant filed a lawsuit against the applicant to let the respondent vacate the house, he only asked the respondent to return the house, and also proposed mediation to the court. The application may not be pursued as long as the respondent moves out of the house litigation fee.
