Company ordinary employee transfer application

Dear leaders:

Hello, I am Li Wei. I have been to Wenting Company for more than a month since I came to work on April 1st. During this one-month period, I got the support and help from leaders and colleagues. I also did my due diligence and worked hard. Good job. Through this one-month transformation and practice, I have the confidence to become a qualified employee of Wenting Company. I am now applying for a change of application and asking for leadership.

During Wenzhong's time, I mainly did two things. One is the synthesis and analysis of a set of tbc code. I found the code error from multiple angles, prompting ti to send us the latest version of the code in the last time. The other thing is to study how to implement the function of an asic chip in fpga. Now the code has passed the simulation run, but the actual hardware has not been fully implemented. Later, due to the nervousness of the programmer project, I participated in the pcb board of the programmer. Resounding companies call for giving up their familiar development software and using the more advanced pcb development software.

During the company, I learned a lot of things. In terms of fpga, I have the opportunity to contact asic's implementation code, and it is very rewarding through all aspects, different angles and fpga. In terms of circuit board making, the company provides excellent conditions through specific project practices to let me learn advanced pcb plate-making software. The atmosphere of the development department is very good. I feel that in this atmosphere, everyone can work consciously and diligently. When the development process encounters problems, they also discuss together, active thinking, open up ideas, and share technical difficulties.

I have made a lot of progress in this month of work, but there are also some shortcomings in the work, such as the record of being late in the last month and this month. I must seriously study the company's rules and regulations and strictly enforce it; in terms of technology, we must continue to work hard, take the company's technical needs as the guide, quickly and solidly accept new knowledge and new skills, and make more contributions to the company.

I hope that I will formally become a member of Wenting Company and make a contribution to Wenting Company. I am now proposing a rectification application, and I hope that the leadership will be approved.
