Hello, I am very grateful to the company leaders for giving me so many opportunities to study at the company. It has been 13 months since I first entered the company. In the past 13 months, I have never knew anything about it, but now I manage a team. I really feel that I have experienced a lot and learned a lot.

Since I entered the company, I have been learning continuously and constantly demanding progress. I have been asking myself to follow the company's rules and regulations in the past year. I have not done any illegal activities, and the results may not be the best, but at least It is also doing its best.

During the year, I was deeply impressed by the changes in the company. I thought that I was just a simple salesperson. I simply repeated some work with the guests every day, but from this year, I looked at the company. Little by little progress, initially only two colleagues, and now has developed into a small group of more than 20 people, from the initial no rules and regulations, to the continuous improvement of the system, from the initial store 0 reputation, to now there are 2 Drilling small achievements, these are our progressive side, worth celebrating. In this year, there are also many problems that are difficult for them to deal with. Because I just graduated from college, many of them are not familiar with themselves. It is really difficult to control this position. In many cases, it may not be done well. Considering things will not be comprehensive, there are also many inside the group. The problem, although there are a lot of difficulties ahead, but I will not give up, I will continue to work hard to solve the existing problems as much as possible, and will do my best to lead our team to develop continuously and do our best.

Maybe my grade is not the best, but I also hope that the company leader can give me such an opportunity to agree to my salary application.
